BUT I would never advise anyone to come to this college... hehehhee... Neither my kids !!!
Getting marks is not that important as compared to flourishing ur personality !!

Infact I haven't been a student of the great Islamia College Peshawar, but being a part of it from the year 2001 to 2007 at Islamia Collegiate School made me realize the worth and importance of this world renowned College. Islamia College is the proud of Pukhtoons and I love it. I have feelings about this Great College that cannot be expressed in mere words. All I can say is that I won't be able to forget the land of My great Islamia College Peshawar and the adjacent Islamia Collegiate School in its heart. I love you Islamia College.....

ICP is one of the best and oldest college in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa-Pakistan. I wish i was also the student of islamia college peshawar, but i coluld not due to my low marks in SSC examination. .

Alllllllllllll islaianms are very lucky that they are in ICP. I wish you all best of luck.

While recycling my old memories from the golden pages of history,i flashed back into my past and found myself under the DUST of TIME,attending a lecture in Deptt of English,ICP back in 2001, when we were studying the English Poetry once in BA Eng.Literature, and today sitting at the bank of River Thames,London,i just got an idea that oh dear ICP where are you???????????
As the Life goes on, you get GOOD/BAD tastes {Experiences},which are called Moral Lessons.Therefore LIFE can rightly be called,THE GREATEST TEACHER.
Islamia College University Peshawar has been given the stutus of university, no doubt that the LONG LASTING History can prove it,no doubt Students are TALENTED, but when we COMPARE ICU Peshawar with GCU Lahore,the conclusion shows that students in GCU Lahore are more CONFIDENT than Islamians.WHY????????????
Here are a few suggestion from me being an international Postgrad Research Student at a UK University,that,
Respected VC/Principal ICU Pesh.
IMPLEMENT English Language as a language of Campus.
Open Discussion Forum for Students to Express their views FREELY.
All the classes MUST have GROUP WORK.
English MUST be Taught through Communicative Language Teaching Method rather Grammar Translation Method.
These are some HUMBLE REQUESTS which can CHANGE the system to produce CREATORS rather IMITATORS in all walks of life.

E-mail: Contact 		Salamz... i was student of F.Sc Pre-engg(2006-2008)... This website is very much attractive but it should be updated regularly... Certain pages like picture gallery, faculties are not being opened, plz check them...
There should also be a profile of each hostel and annual group photos of hostels should be added...

Although i have never been an islamian but i love islamian, since six month i have regularly visit this place and i found a huge difference between other univesities and islamia univesaty.

Im a student of BCS (Last Semeter).
Im studying here since last foru years. I saw many great changes in these four years. 1 of the major change is upgrading Islamia College to Islamia College Chartered University.
I think This is the wold's great Institute.
